This hotel is a great find, situated in the heart of a charming town by the beach. The staff were excellent, providing a warm welcome and attentive service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and all the basic amenities you would need. The attention to detail, including the towels and other essentials, was impressive. We also appreciated the convenience of having a vending machine on site, as well as the option of having breakfast included in our stay.
Parking was a challenge, but all was okay.

room was very clean. great orme was placed just 1 mile from the hotel. the check-in was efficient. it is really close to the airport.

The location here is fantastic, and it's not too far from Chester Hawarden airport, making it a great choice for those visiting the area.

We had a great time staying in this hotel located in a nice area by the sea. the room was clean, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the Welsh mountains. the staff were pleasant and helpful, going out of their way to assist us with any issues. the hotel is in an ideal location, just a stone's throw away from the sea front and the pier, making it convenient for a leisurely stroll along the promenade.
The Wi-Fi connection was quite poor, which was disappointing in this day and age.

Great location near public transit and major attractions. Rooms are clean and tidy. One staff member was extremely helpful.
No air conditioning, and opening windows are a challenge due to the locks. the fan in the room was noisy all night, making it hard to sleep.

Great location and affordable price. The room was tidy and comfortable with a cozy bed. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and the town centre. Parking around the area is free which made transport convenient.
The noise levels were too high throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. Our room was very hot and despite our attempts to control the temperature, it remained uncomfortable.
